Looks like the 16th Ohio lost some flags at Bald Hill. I have the 9th Mississippi Battalion of (Sharp's Brigade) capturing a flag from the 55th Illinois. I only have the 55th (So far) losing their National flag.
If Private Sam Watkins captured a flag and the 27th Tenn captured the 30th Illinois flag then PVT Watkins either captured the other flag of the 30th Illinois or either flag from the 20th Illinois. Those two regiments are known to have lost flags from (Force's) Brigade. The 16th Wisconsin, 45th Ill and 31st Ill were also in that brigade. If Watkins came across "20" flags on the ground, this brigade lost some or many of them.
I do believe the 57th Ohio lost a flag/flags they were overran by Stovall's GA Brigade. The 111th Ill lost a flag/flags, 55th Ill did as well. Other Union regiments in that brigade...6th Missouri, 8th Missouri, 116th Ill and 127th Ill.
Lightburn's brigade had to have lost flags. 30th-37th-47th-53rd-54th all Ohio, plus the 83rd Indiana. All of the Ohio regiments were very small.
William's brigade also "broke" and those regiments were: 12th Indiana, 26th Ill, 90th Ill and 100th Indiana.
Scott's brigade (2nd Brigade, 3rd Div, 17th Corps), the 78th Ohio came very close to losing a flag. Other regiments in that brigade: 20-32-68-78 (all Ohio).
Mallory's "Brigade" (3rd Brigade, 3rd div, 17th Corps) was very tiny only the 17th Wisconsin and the Worden Wis/Ill Battalion.
Hall's Iowa brigade lost flags (16th Iowa).
