I 110% agree, I think they just messed up "Ohio" and "Iowa". If the 1st Arkansas regiment captured the 16th Iowa, did they capture their flags or did the 16th Alabama? I do have the 16th Alabama capturing "2 flags". The only known Union flags captured in that area, were the 16th Iowa.

More research and I will get a better answer.
