Here are a few Rebel colors I came across on the Official Records.

"Colonel Rector's Arkansas Infantry Regiment, lost a regimental flag." "Sugar Creek" Battle 18 Feb, 1862. Action at Bentonville, Arkansas (flag captured at Bentonville). "Regimental flag found hoisted on the court-house."

"3 large flags, and two guidons, all silk, one had "Victory or Death." 21st Tenn-616 men, LT.Colonel Tilman, plus 1 CSA Cavalry regiment present.
OR 8, Page 124:
"Union City", Colonel Buford captured, 4 flags. "Island #10 or around, New Madrid.
OR 8, Page 225:
"Elk Horn/Pea Ridge", "44th Illinois, reported capturing, 1 stand of colors, also captured Colonel Herbert "acting brigade commander."
OR 8, Page 90
"Island #10 losses, "3 Generals, 273 field and company officers, 6,700 privates, 123 heavy artillery and 35 light artillery pieces captured. "7,000" rifles captured also. ? Confederate flags captured??
I have the 45th Virginia losing their "regimental colors" at "Piedmont" battle.
Have a good day, Charlie
