I would appreciate reading information that might be known about Patrick Cleburne's flag. I've read some brief information on the internet about the blue flag with white border and white circle in the center. But I would like to learn more about the history of the flag, its use, and other information more than just its color and physical description. If anyone has information to share, I will appreciate it.
