No - Frank O'Reilley's article, and book on Fredericksburg, claims it to be the flag of the 19th Georgia and based on sources I have found I think it is the flag for the 14th Tennessee which was the next regiment in line to the 19th GA at that battle. The Union captors claimed it to be the 19th GA's flag. I have an account from the color bearer of the 19th GA that states clearly that he saved the flag from capture there and a QM invoice for the 14th TN asking for a new flag "to replace the flag lost at Fredericksburg,"
