Does anyone have more information about the 61st Penn. flag that is being sold as fragments? According to Advance the Colors!, there were three state color all of which the State has in its collection. On page 170, it does show fragments collected by Colonel Orr. Some selling the flag fragments state the flag was in a GAR Hall in Philadelphia. Could it be the Pittsburgh Flag described on page 172?
