Thanks Dale. For the most part, it looks like they later came under Captain Samuel E. Hope's C Company, 9th FL Inf. Regt. Also one man or young boy, William Michael Hope (a cousin of Capt. Sam) was under age. They let him out until he became 17 and he rejoined the C Co., 9th. He died of measles after Olustee in a Lake City Hospital and is buried in the common grave. Did they ever make a marker for the men in the graves?
