It is possible. At first, I didn't think so because Andrew had a sister named Amanda and the person in the Hawkins household is listed as a female. Even though the census taker could have gotten carried away with his ditto marks. But then a closer study shows his sister Amanda and his mother Nancy are in the households next to the Hawkins family. Amanda had already married Green Ellis. Nancy is between them. So it is very probable that the census taker was not as accurate as I would prefer! :)
