Has a full index of the Confederate Veteran shown up on the web yet?

As I remember from the Seattle Public Library, the Broadfoot Index consists of three volumes.

I have 12 vols. of the CV in my library including the first and last, and continue searching for reasonably priced copies.

Unfortunately, the University of Nevada, Reno doesn't possess the CV.

Reminds me to check abebooks again.
