This may be short notice for most of you, so accept my apologies in advance.

The annual Battle of Natural Bridge, Florida reenactment will be held this afternoon at 2 p.m. (Eastern) at the Natural Bridge Battlefield Historic State Park in Woodville, Florida (just south of Tallahassee). This is one of Florida's oldest annual battle reenactments and commemorates the March 6, 1865 battle that protected Tallahassee's status as the only Confederate capital east of the Mississippi not taken by Union troops during the war.

I'm not involved with the reenactment in any way, but just wanted to pass along the word. It is a nice annual event.
