You can count on me to send a message about the property. At the reenactment a few weeks ago, I saw the sign that listed the 55 acres behind the park for sale. The price was around 6.5 million, which is not much for a state, but with the reduction of property taxes and the lower income for the state, it might be hard to convince them to preserve something like this.

Let's all hope that this property can be saved, and the park can be expanded. So, all you Floridians make sure to sound off about this to the State officials.
