My grand mother's uncle and his brother fought for fl. in civil war. their names and ranks are
2nd. corp. james hugh gough jr. co. e 10th fl. inf. enlisted sept. 14 1861 in sumterville died and is buried in ft. monroe va. july 14, 1865 his brother T.E.(thomas edward) gough enlisted 1863 and made it thru the war and died in sumter fl. 1872 from his injuries. i think he was in co h 8th fl. inf. if this works out i have more information to give.
