I have been researching this unit(my ancestor was in this company)looking for anyone with pictures (uniforms..). They were issued uniforms once they were consolidated into the 15th conf. cav., so it seems possible that the whole regiment would have issued the same jacket. Since they were assigned to the dept headqtr in Mobile(col.maury under gen. maury), I figured they would have been issued either the Mobile Depot jacket or the Alabama Dept Jacket. Does anyone have any info on this unit other than the musters and cornell university's records of the war of rebellion(online by the way)?
