Seeking any information on Isaiah and/or Lavinia Hall. They were from Georgia and lived in The Dade/Monroe County area at the start of the Civil War. Isaiah was a Unionist and served aboard the Sycamore [I think] as a coast guard. When Southern sympathizers decided to send Lavinia to the Northern part of the state to sew uniforms for Confederates, she and her children "escaped" on the family boat. They were picked up by the Sycamore. This is all I know. Any further info would be appreciated.
