They definitely would have taken the train from Baldwin to Tallahassee. I'm not sure about the other movements but will study your questions a little and see if I can come up with anything that would help. Camp Leon was on the Tallahassee-St. Marks Railroad just south of Tallahassee. The trains on that line were often used to move troops but it also would have been a short march from the station at Tallahassee, so from the capital down they could have gone either way.
