I'm going to take a huge step, not that I think it will have the slightest effect on any entrenched opinions or mythological beliefs. I actually bought the book and am reading it. I must say it is about the least book for the most money I've ever bought outside a college book store. It is well formatted and well bound. I hope it's not all hat and no cows for $45. Deo Vindice
