Georgia Artillery at Petersburg ?

In W. Frassanito "Grant and Lee The Virginia Campaigns"
is a chapter on the capture on Petersburg's Battery 29-
aka Fort Mahone aka Fort Damnation on April 3, 1865.
This outpost was garrisioned by the 53rd N.Carolina INfantry and an unknown artillery battery.
Question was this artillery-Battery B of the Sumter
Flying Artillery? Note-anyone have inforamtion that
confirms this and wishs to share it with W. Frassanito
