Re: Edward Wilson of Murray County
In Response To: Edward Wilson of Murray County ()

Dear Sir,

I apologize for being slow to respond but I have been deployed for a couple of days out of state.

Company A, 39th Georgia Infantry was from Murray County, Georgia. I can provide you with the Compiled Service Record of this soldier. Since he swore allegiance to the Union it may have his age in the CSR. Don't waste your money with Broadfoot Publishing for this soldier's CSR because I will do it for free. I have not heard that the National Archives stopped looking up the CSRs for soldiers. I know just a few months ago they increased their fee to $37.00 per record. Please let me know if you have any questions. Contact me at my home email for further correspondence.

Respectfully,
