I am interested in any information about the 3rd GA Batt. Sharpshooters. My ancestor is Elijah Walraven. he was in the 18th GA, joined in Cobb County GA, in Feb. 21, 1861. Joined the Sharpshooters June 8, 1863. He was in Co. E of the 3rd GA Batt. Sharpshooters. Any information you can help me with will be greatly appreciated. Were they at Gettysburg?
