Can anyone tell me more about a unit of young boys, ages 14 and up, who were enlisted in 1865, in the last monts of the war in Co E, 2nd GA State Troops, and referred to as Joe Brown's Pets?
I have an affadavit of a relative, age 14,who served in this group.
