I have following data on H F T Lewis. Residence not listed.
Enlisted on March 3, 1863 at Dalton, Georgia as a Private.
Mustered into Kentucky White's Light Artillery (date and method of discharge not given)

From Oct 1861 to Nov 1861 this unit was attached to Tilghman's Brigade. Tilghman's Brigade was not attached to any division, but was assigned to the Central Army of Kentucky. I realize that this assignment was prior to Mr. Lewis' mustering into the unit, but this is the only time line on any assignement of this unit on which I have info.

Apparantly there is a book "Confederate Kentucky Volunteers War 1861-1865" which is surely out of print. Prehaps your local library or the Kentucky State Archives might have some indication where you might research the above book.
