Seeking any information about Dennis Johnson, New York native who moved to North Georgia before the Civil War and, according to his obituary, served as a Confederate Quartermaster. He later made a name for himself in business in the Gordon, Murray and Whitfield County area. He built what is known as "Dennis Mill" which was still standing at last word.
