Looking for information on a Alonzo Fears Truitt ( Truett). Family lore has him as a Colonel at the Battle of Atlanta.
Since he was roughly 16 or so during the end of the war, i figure he may have been a soldier. Have not been able to find info on the battle of Atlanta.
