Re: Trying to locate information on Reeves,Eustace

Jeff,

Here is my guess. Eustace H. Reeves, Private Co. D 13th Georgia Infantry. There are 20 Reeves men in Company's D and I of the 13th Georgia Infantry. Does this sound like what you are looking for? Are they your kin folks ?

Eustace H. Reeves joined Company D 1/1/64 and was killed at Cedar Creek VA. on 10/19/64.

Francis Jason Reeves joined 7/8/61 1st Sergeant Company D. He was captured at Spotsylvania 5/12/64. He was transfered from Old Capitol Prison Washington D.C. to Elmira, N.Y. and released 6/19/65.

From Lillian Henderson's Roster of the Confederate Soldiers of Georgia.

I hope this helps,
Gary D. Bray
