James , just ran across this old post hope you are still checking in. My GGG Grandfather, Wilson N Crawford was a Lt. in Co. F 11th GA Inf. There are two other Crawfords in Co. F that I'm sure are ancestors also, maybe nephews of Wilson.

I would be very interested in any info you may have found on this unit.

I'm not sure how it works but if company F was involved in everything that the 11th GA Inf. was involved in, from what I've found they were in several major battles.
