I'll bet it was fun if you got to watch the filming. Back in the '60s I filmed some scenes for a proposed Civil War movie, but the funding fell through. Dent Myers, then known as the "Wild Man" of Kennesaw, practically chanelled Stonewall Jackson. I think he thought he WAS Stonewall.

I was a motion picture cameraman/director in the Navy, but that was a long time ago. If no one ever told you, a "closeup" is when the camera moves in tight, or uses a long focus lens, to feature a small part of a wider scene, or more usually, focuses in on one person, who performs a part of the action, and is said to have "had a closeup."
