I'm looking to see where I might be able to find information on my Great-Great-Great Grandfather's service record. He was the regimental Surgeon for the 4th Georgia Infantry. He was born May 5, 1825 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He passed away January 4, 1918 and is buried in Westhills Cemetery in Dalton, Georgia. His wife was Comfort Ida Jones and together had 12 children. He also remarried, twice. His second wife was Caroline Copeland and had 2 children. His third wife was Mary Elvira Carter and together they had 6 children. I am also listing a couple of webpages for your viewing. Thanks for your help.
