I would like to know if the Civil War records lists wife of the Distinquished Service Civil War soldiers? I know there is more than one Wilkinson Smallwood. My gr gr grandfather was Wilkinson Smallwood and his wife was Emily. There is a Willkinson who died May27 1861 in Richmond. Thanks in advance Millie
