I am pleased to annouce that the revised version of the book about the military flags found in the Georgia Capitol Museum collection, has just been released. The bulk of the collection features a large number of Civil War flags along with some from ante-bellum militia days and into the 20th Century. Several new flags have been added to the state's collection since the first edition was published.

This book features revisions from the previous edition, correction of some mistakes, a few new flag identities and better scholarship. Primary author was Keith Bohannon, one of THE experts on Georgia Civil War soldiers with other authors handling other eras of Georgia's military history. I was privileged to be a consultant for this revised book. The price is $20.
