In Response To: Casulties at Allatoona Pass ()

Hi im doing a project on the battle of Allatoona Pass. I was wondering if you could email me any info to me. So far all I know is that it was pretty much a rail road in between two really larg hills that transported any wound soldiers back to the big city to a hopital. Also I know that it could hold up to about 33 or more people. And most of the amputations were caused by a thing called a mini ball. The mini ball when shot can pretty much nock off your whol leg. And the other reason for so many other amputations was because of infection. Thats pretty much all I know.
