Bryan's brigade

Seeking a source and page number for the following Union correspondence - On January 16, General George Meade received the following dispatch regarding the movement of Confederate troops to the Carolinas: “It would seem that one of Kershaw’s division did not go south – namely, Bryan’s (Georgia) brigade, now commanded by Colonel McGlashan. There is also a rumor that Gregg’s (Texas) brigade went to North Carolina. Perhaps this brigade went in the place of Bryan’s.”
