Found in the Emory Special Collection a letter from
G. M. Bundy (or P. M.) to his children stating that
"I bore the colours threw saftle but got some holes put threw my flag".
The letter is dated May 16, 1863 and from "near Fredericksburg"
Bundy does not give a clue as to what unit he belonged.
Does anyone know this man?
