I am researching for possible book on the First Georgia Infantry (Ramsey's), and am looking for any information and pictures of the following officers:
Lt. Col/Col. James O. Clark (Clarke)
Maj./Lt. Col. George Harvey Thompson
Maj. James Anderson
Am particularly interested in their experiences before and after service in the First Georgia.
Also looking for information on Colonel James N. Ramsey's activities between the time he resigned his commission in December 1861 until the regiment returned to Augusta in March of 1862.
