Thanks for posting the battle report. In your research on the Cumming's Brigade, have you by chance run across any information about the 36th Regiment's surgeon, Jesse R. McAfee, other than his muster and service records? All I have found is his signature in a letter supporting Colonel Glenn during Glenn's court martial. I know that during and after Baker's Creek he had to have been a busy man. ANY information would be appreciated.
