I am looking for information on a relation of mine.
His name is Jesse Suggs{may appear as Jesse H. or Jesse S.}
He was born 1834,son of John Adrian Suggs 1797-1890 of SC.
Jesse died in service in or abt. 1863.
at one place it reads that he died of disease July 1,1862,
in Lynchburg,Va Hosp 2
in another place it reads he was in Co. K Smith's Legion
Infantry Regiment Georgia as of Sept. 15,1862.
All I know is that he died while in service in 1863
any and all help appreciated.
