Though they did not fight at Chickamaugua, the 18th Geogia was at Knoxville, where the C.O. Col. S.Z. Ruff, was killed, and Captain James Lemon, of Co. A, was captured. I have seen an account written later by Capt. Lemon, but am not sure where you could find it now. If you Google the names, or 18th GA, you might find something. Stan
