Lynda, I see that Alfred C. Sims in his recollections mentions that Private T. D. Rock was a member of Company F who was with Sims at Gettysburg. The portion of text that I have regarding that battle does not mention what became of Private Rock. Also one of Robert S. Krick's earlier printings of The Gettysburg Death Roster cites the death or mortal wounding of M. T. Crier, who is listed as a member of Company F, 1st Texas. However, Crier does not appear in Greg Coco's recent publication Confederate Dead which would have indicated where he was buried. Tom
