This is tough but I did some checking the records show T M Tucker b 1842 GA. 1880 census living in Polk co Ark. So I did some checking there is a T M Tucker with the 6th Ark Cav Co K he enlisted in June 21 1862 at Magnolia Ark died June 28 1905 wife Malinda. Malinda filed for a pension Aug 2 1910 in Columbia Co. Ark. The only thing that I can go on for sure is Thadeous wife in the 1880 census is Malinda, so its probably him. T M Tucker also served with the 11th Ark Inf Co H. You might try the Ark Message Board maybe someone else may know more, but I believe this is your Man.
