My recolleciton is that for some reason the Federals lumped those paroled at Anderson, S. C., and Hartwell, Georgia, together. Latham was a resident of Pickens District (Oconee Section), if I recall correctly. Hartwell and Anderson would have been equally close. THanks for the data.
