I checked every link in that site and don't see any kind of monument. It's a site for a Wedding Chapel and Bed and Breakfast.

But, if your talking about the Four Freedoms Monument that's not the one I'm taking about. In the Cemetery there is a red brick podium of sorts with a marble plaque on the front. I'm not sure of the wording. I'll get a picture and post it to you.
