Virginia Cemetery Series, Men in Gray: Interments (Volume II), Thomas M. Spratt, 1996, repeats the above data.

You seem to have another list that has his name slightly different, would you share what that is?

This soldier may be a match with the entry in Roster of the Confederate Soldiers of Georgia, 1861-1865, ed. Lillian Henderson, as follows for the 19th Georgia, Co. H:
"Hendrix, A. -- Private - 1862. Killed at Kinston, North Carolina March 14, 1865. Buried in Hollywood Cemetery at Richmond, Virginia (Date of death given also as August 30, 1864.)"
I doubt the killed at Kinston part, but the rest seems close.
