I was wondering about some records found in two of my ancestors (CCMSR); i found two index cards:
Confederate "Statement of Service Reference Slip" Georgia Commissioner of Pensions(dated 1915 & 1916)
and a typed letter from the Adjutant General to the Commissioner of Pensions Georgia,Atlanta (dated 1915)

Do these records indicate that relatives of these two soldiers were seeking a pension from the state of Georgia?
