There are records on a Thomas L. Daugherty in the 7th Georgia Regiment, but I haven't seen anything associating a man with a name like that to the 19th Regiment. Both of those regiments were composed of companies drawn from Atlanta and surrounding counties, so knowing where he was from probably wouldn't help distinguish between them. Do you have anything else to go on?
