1861 Camp Mcdonald map & booklet

While researching the history of Camp McDonald (Big Shanty) and General William Phillips' 4th brigade of Georgia Volunteers(State Troops); i came across
a map of Camp McDonald. Reprinted in 1917; from the original 1861 lithograph print. It was originally drawn by an engineer by the name George Wadsworth and lithographed printed and sold for the benefit of the Fourth Brigade of Georgia Volunteers.

I did a Google Book search for Camp McDonald and found a booklet entitled "Camp McDonald, the school of instruction of the Fourth Brigade of Georgia Volunteers" printed in the same year as the original 1861 print and compiled by the same George Wadsworth. Unfortunately, there is no image, further description, or location of such book.

My question: Does anyone know of this book? or where i might be able to locate a copy?
