Ken, not sure of them being called the Berrien Minutemen. Company C of the 13th Georgia was formed in Ringgold Community between Griffin Ga and Jackson Ga on the old Jackson rd. There is a historical marker there near the old Masonic Lodge. We must be thinking about two different units?? My g,g,grandfather and his brother were in Company C. thanks walter kendrick
