In my 1997 book on the 31st Georgia, I included Quintillian's January 9, 1864
letter to the Confederate government, attempting to collect money owed to
his deceased sons, Robert & Andrew. Its not known if he was able collect the
money as he died of rubeola six months later in Richmond.
