Fraternal Lodge, Incorporated. SECTION I. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That Fraternal Lodge, Number Thirty-Seven, of Free and Accepted Mason, at McDonough, in the county of Henry, be and the same is hereby made a body corporate, under the name and style aforesaid; and that Luther J. Glenn, Worshipful Master, James L. Gresham, Senior Warden, and Elihu P. Watkins, Junior Warden, be, and they and their successors in office are hereby declared capable in law of sueing and being sued, of purchasing and holding both real and personal estate, and selling the same, of having and using a common seal, and doing all other things for the well ordering of their said association, not repugnant to the Constitution and Laws of this State, or the United States.

APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP - CHILDREN OF THE CONFEDERACY
To the Officers and Members of the Children of the Confederacy:
I, the undersigned, would respectfully petition to become a
member of the Children of the Confederacy, Georgia Division,
Vesta S. Brown, C. of C. Chapter Auxiliary to Francis S. Barton
Chapter located at Waycross, Georgia, County of Ware, and if
accepted, do hereby promise a strict compliance with the laws
and usages of this Organization.

The Confederate Patriot through which I claim membership, and
who adhered to the cause of the Confederate States of America
was my Great Great Great Uncle whose name was Colonel Elihu
Pinson Watkins, of Coweta County.
