If you are unable to visit the Georgia state archives (now only open Thurs-Sat),you might want to contact them to find out how much it would cost to copy this collection. Or hire an Atlanta area researcher to do the same thing. Considering the number of letter collections at the archives, its doubtful this material will ever make it online.
