Note* This might be my 3rd Great-GrandUncle Timothy C. Murphy? I know he was a member of Atlanta Fire Company No. 1(wartime and honorary member post-war) The members were appointed by the Governor and acted as local militiamen in the city of Atlanta,besides fighting the occasional fire.

This was the only T.C. Murphy(S&S system) that i could locate; would be interested to know it this might be the same man
