Wall, W. J., Co. H, 43rd Georgia, died June 22, 1863, buried Potter's Field Grave No. 78 [Cedar Hill Cemetery, Vicksburg City Cemetery]
Confederate Soldiers Buried at Vicksburg

Note, the original cyprus grave markers disintegrated years ago and the present location of original graves are unknown. During the late 1970s, VA provided Confederate tombstones were placed in the "Soldier's Rest" section of the cemetery, in sections by State of service.
